3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended
• You must not impersonate other users, vendors, or breeders

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, photos, videos). By posting, you grant Pepper Scale a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting fake, paid, or incentivized reviews without disclosure
• Manipulating ratings, votes, or vendor trust scores
• Uploading fraudulent COAs or forged purchase receipts
• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language
• Spamming, scraping, or automated access without permission
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures

6. Gamification & Rewards

XP, levels, badges, and streaks are virtual achievements with no monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust XP values, revoke badges, or modify the gamification system at any time.

7. Vendor Information

Pepper Scale aggregates community-sourced information about vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings, prices, shipping status, or legal information. Always verify legal compliance in your jurisdiction before purchasing any product.

8. Disputes

The dispute resolution system is a community tool to facilitate communication between buyers and vendors. Pepper Scale acts as a neutral platform and does not mediate, arbitrate, or guarantee resolution of disputes.

9. Legal & Regulatory Disclaimer

Pepper Scale provides informational content about hemp/THCa legality on a state-by-state basis. This is not legal advice. Laws change frequently. Always consult applicable local laws and a qualified attorney for legal questions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pepper Scale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on user-generated content, or interactions with vendors.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
